CORE FIT Sessions

Kaia GIrls

Core FIT Sessions are five-week programs with four days of classes a week. During our Core Sessions, we focus on maintenance, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Every workout is different and engages all major muscle groups.

Core FIT Sessions include:

  • 2 Kaia cross-training workouts
  • 1 Kaia Flow workout (Power Yoga or Pilates)
  • 1 long and steady run or walk
  • Nutritional support
  • Full-body workouts
